Year 6 The planets

In this last week we've been working on the planets. We have discovered lots of interesting things about the Solar System as: the name of the planets, the characteristics of every planet, the distances, space vocabulary and the elements. With some of that information, the students have created a new planet with different characteristics and its own alien!!Look, listen and imagine a new planet as they describe it!!

En aquesta última setmana hem estat treballant en els planetes. Hem descobert moltes coses interessants sobre el Sistema Solar com: el nom dels planetes, les característiques de cada planeta, les distàncies, el vocabulari de l'espai i els elements. Amb aquesta informació, els estudiants han creat un nou planeta amb caracterñistiques diferents i el seu propi alien!!Mireu, escolteu i imagineu un nou planets com ells el descriuen!!

Year 5 The spies

We have finished the Spies unit! This unit was very funny because we have seen the objects that the spies use to observe others. We have prepared a special video in which the students act like spies. They invented the dialogues, camera movements ...everything! It is a mini film about spies. The students really loved the experience of taking care about all the production process and moreover, they know how difficult it is to make a film!!

Hem acabat la unitat dels espies! Aquesta unitat era molt divertida per que hem vist els objectes que els espies usen per observar els altres. Hem preparat un vídeo especial en el qual els alumnes actuen com espies. Ells han inventat els diàlegs, moviments de càmera...tot! Això és una mini pel·lícula sobre espies. Els alumnes realment els ha agradat molt l'experiència d'encarregar-se de tot el procés de producció i a més, ara saben com és de difícil fer una pel·lícula i ho valoren més.

Year 2 The clothes

This week we have finished the clothes unit. The students have learnt the name of some clothes and the weather. Today we show you a video song about the clothes and some dialogues about the weather and the clothes they must to put on. Have a look!

Aquesta setmana hem acabat la unitat de la roba. Els alumnes han après el nom d'algunes peces de roba i el temps. Avui us mostrem una cançó-vídeo sobre la roba i alguns diàlegs sobre el temps i la roba que han de posar-se. Feu una ullada!

Year 3 Gas Natural

In this moment we have finished the unit 4 The food. We have learnt vocabulary and structures to ask for food in a restaurant and how to express the food we like and we don't like. It's been really funny!!Look at the videos!!There's a dialogue between a waiter and some costumers and a two songs about food.

En aquest moment hem acabat la unitat 4 el menjar. Hem après vocabulari i estructures per demanar menjar a un restaurant i com expressar el menjar que ens agrada i el que no. Ha sigut molt divertit!!Mireu els vídeos!!Hi ha un diàleg entre un cambrer i alguns clients i dos cançons sobre menjar.

Year 4 Time for bed

In this moment we have finished the unit 4 It's bedtime. The children have learnt activities and routines they do before going to bed like: have a shower, clean the teeth, wash the face, put the pyjamas on, go to sleep and read a book. We sing a very funny song they like very much. Today we have act out the song. We prepared the class to the performance and it was hard but we enjoyed the making off of the video!!

En aquest moment hem acabat l'unitat 4 Hora d'anar a dormir. Els nens han après activitats i rutines que fan abans d'anar a dormir com: dutxar-se, rentar-se les dents, rentarshe la cara, posar-se el pijama, anar a dormir i llegir un llibre. Cantem una cançó molt divertida. Avui l'hem fet com a teatre. Hem preparat la classe pel vídeo i ha sigut dur però ens ho hem passat molt bé fent el víedo.

P5 Els Sols

Now we are working on the house. We are studying the parts of the house: the bedroom, the bathroom, the livingroom and the kitchen. The last friday I told the children a story about Patch. Patch was very tired and he wanted to sleep. He goes to the different rooms but they are occupied so he ends up sleeping with the baby in the garden. Later, I make some questions about the story, listen, they answer correctly! Finally the children sing the house song miming the parts of the house.

Ara estem treballant la casa. Estem estudiant les parts de la casa: l'habitació, lavabo, sala d'estar/menjador i cuina. L'últim divendres els vaig explicar els nens un conte sobre el Patch. En Patch estava molt cansat i volia dormir. Va a diferent habitacions però estan ocupades i al final acaba dormint amb el bebè al jardí. Desprès, els faig algunes preguntes sobre el conte, escolteu, responen correctament! Finalment els nens canten la cançó de la casa tot fent gestos de les parts d'aquesta.

P3 Les Bombolles

In these video the children play a memory card game with the vocabulary worked. Along these two terms we have worked : the clothes, the colours, the family and the parts of the face. I give every child a picture and they say what is it! Watch the vídeo...what do you think?
In the second video you will see the children playing in pairs a colour game. I hang up on the blackboard the three colours we are working on (blue, red and yellow) and they listen and touch the colour I name. As you see they are a very nervous class and sometimes it's really hard for them keep the atention on what we are doing!!The start is always hard!Step by step!

En aquest vídeo els nens juguen al memory amb el vocabulari que hem treballat. Al llarg d'aquests dos trimestres hem treballat: la roba, els colors, la família i les parts de la cara. Jo els dono a cada nen un dibuix i ells han de dir el que és. Mireu el vídeo...què en penseu? 
En el segon vídeo podreu veure els alumnes jugant per parelles un joc de colors. Vaig penjar a la pissarra els tres colors que estem treballant (blau, vermell i groc) i ells escolten i toquen el color que jo dic. Com podeu veure, és una classe molt nerviosa i de vegades és difícil per a ells mantenir l'atenció en el que estem fent!!Els començaments són sempre durs! Pas a pas!
